I work with those who struggle with depressive symptoms, anxiety and loss. I have over 15 years of experience in understanding human behavior. I work with anyone struggling with major change, self-esteem, self-worth and women issues. I also work with those struggling with PTSD and trauma, including physical and sexual abuse. I also work with couples who are struggling to survive affairs or cope with personality conflicts or major changes in their unions. I work with those struggling with anger and aggression, conflict resolution, family dysfunction and maladaptive coping to significant distress in their lives.
Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Strength-Based Approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family, Strategic Family Therapy.
I completed my Clinical Social Work studies at Fordham University and Temple University.
